A question that is often asked of kids is whether their actions were done on purpose or accident. Either way we force our kids to say sorry. And either way we have to help clean up the mess they made or help heal the wounds they inflicted. God is that good parent that helps us either way, if we made bad choices or things have happened to us. Either way we say we are sorry and ask Him to help save us from our troubles. God sustains us through all troubles when we depend on Him. Praise Him!
1. Do you depend on God to save you from ALL troubles even the ones we made the mistakes in.
2. Do you trust God when people slander you or do you verbally retaliate or defend yourself?
3. Do you go to God for your sustenance and help? What do you need to do in the first half hour of your day? What helps you through a tough day? Talking to mom on the phone, your cup of coffee, candy, a nap, a run?
