Our tongue is meant to be used for praising God and we should heed the warnings in this psalm to refrain from using it for harm.
1. What do you have worth bragging about? What do you take your pictures of? What do you spend money to maintain?
2. A razor sharpened is premeditated and is ready for use. Do you plan witty comebacks or say them just because it is funny? Is sarcasm ever ok to use?
3. Why is it easier to exaggerate than tell the plain truth?
4. How does an olive tree flourish? What does a healthy olive tree teach you about being at church?
5. How do you praise God around others? How can you speak well of your life and family without being a bragger?
