Psalm 43 Darkness vs Light

Satan loves darkness. He loves to be in the middle of a secret. He loves what is covered up and hidden. "Live in your sin" he would shout out to you. "Don't tell anyone and no one will know" he might say. But God is the OPPOSITE. He is opposed to sin and secrets and lies and betrayal. When I think of the Lord and his throne I can imagine bright lights shining through, yellow halos, fresh and clean linens. (Okay, a little cheesy) But when we look at Psalm 43 we are told to ask God to "send forth your light and your truth, let them guide me; let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place where you dwell." vs 3
Scripture tells us that in Him there is no darkness--He is light. If you have something in hiding...let it out. If you are telling secrets or keeping them in a bad way--let them be known. Nothing helps more then being honest and truthful and moving forward from there. His light will guide you if you follow it.
